Data Deletion

Businesses (account holders)

To delete your PunetorIA account and all associated data — knowledge base, channel tokens, and conversation history — email info@punetor.ai from the address you registered with, subject "Delete my account". Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by reply. Disconnecting a channel in the dashboard deletes that channel's access tokens immediately.

Customers of a connected business

If you have messaged a business that uses PunetorIA and want your conversation deleted, contact that business directly — the data belongs to them and we act on their instruction. You may also email us at the address above with the business name and the channel you used; we will coordinate the deletion with the business.
