Data Deletion

Businesses (account holders)

To delete your PunëtorAI account and all associated data — knowledge base, channel tokens, and conversation history — email info@punetor.ai from the address you registered with, subject "Delete my account". Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by reply. Disconnecting a channel in the dashboard deletes that channel's access tokens immediately.

Customers of a connected business

If you have messaged a business that uses PunëtorAI and want your conversation deleted, you can ask in any of these ways:

• ask the business directly — the data belongs to them;
• email info@punetor.ai with the business name and the channel you used (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or the website chat);
• remove PunëtorAI from your Facebook or Instagram settings, which sends us Meta's data-deletion request and gives you a confirmation code.

The business's owner or our team then permanently deletes the conversation within 30 days. Deletion removes its messages, photos, voice notes and files (including stored copies), and any leads or bookings created from it. We keep only a count of conversations for the business's billing, with no message content. Messages already delivered to your own WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger app stay there; delete them in that app.
